====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody only since 29.03.2018 in Kudra P.S. Case No.106 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 8/20(b)(ii) (C ), 27(A) of N.D.P.S. Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, otherwise there is no other material.

However, considering the fact that it is case of N.D.P.S. Act, in which 21 Kg. of Ganja was recovered, and in view of restriction imposed in Section 37 of the N.D.P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26283 of 2018(3) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 Act, there is no reason to entertain the prayer for bail. The petition stands dismissed.
