"Learned counsel for the respondentUniversity on instruction submitted that dues of petitioner No. 1 was settled, petitioner No. 2 Kiran Mala Verma and petitioner No. 3 Sushila Kumari are determined and sanctioned. The payment process is pending consideration in the treasury office. If the physical payment is not made to the aforementioned two petitioners before 30th October 2024, in that event they are entitled to cost of rupees ten thousand each.

2. List this matter on 12.11.2024."

2. Today, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 5, on instruction, submitted that physical/actual payments have been made in favour of the petitioners on 22.10.2024, resultantly, the present Contempt Petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioners to assail the action of the Respondents, in the event of any miscalculation of amount and it is not in accordance with law. In this regard, if there are any miscalculation, petitioners are permitted to file

Patna High Court MJC No.1283 of 2022 dt.12-11-2024 3/3 representation to the concerned authority. The concerned authority shall consider the same in accordance with law at the earliest.
