The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 341, 353, 342 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that a mob of about 70 persons blocked the road demanding non distribution of food stuffs under the Food Security Act till the cards are prepared and thereby not only obstructed the traffic but also obstructed the informant and others in carrying out the official duty.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27676 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general. Considering the abovementioned facts particularly the accusation being levelled against the mob, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amin/- U
