Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 36 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is said to have been made from a road in village Mithanpura. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged illicit liquor or the
