Since the petitioner do not seem to have criminal antecedent and the incident seems to be at spur of the moment and heat generated, let both the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Biraul, District Darbhanga in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan PS Case No.48/2014, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) CrPC.
