Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 414, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was caught with a motorcycle but at the time of recovery of the aforesaid motorcycle, petitioner disclosed that he had purchased the said motorcycle from one Dilip Kumar and sale letter written on non-judicial stamp was also recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards annexure 3 to the petition and submitted that said Dilip Kumar was owner of seized motorcycle which is evident from perusal of annexure 3 to the petition.

No doubt, informant came to know that registration number given in the sale certificate belongs to four wheeler but considering

No.31709 of 2016 (2) dt.16-08-2016 the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Savita Rani, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna/ concerned court in Beur P.S. Case no. 97/2016.
