Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 95 of 2017 arising out of Ladania P.S. Case No. 135 of 2013, registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Criminal Misc. No. 49852 of 2016 on 10.2.2017 with observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

On perusal of Annexure-3 to the supplementary affidavit, it appears that the charge has already been framed. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Md. Kasim be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
