The petitioner is accused in connection with Special Excise Case No. 459 of 2017, arising out of Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017, registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is of recovery of one Gallon containing five litre country made liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.03.2017.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21026 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Purnea, in connection with Special Excise Case No. 459 of 2017, arising out of Banmankhi P.S.
