Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 15.06.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 15701 of 2020 (Annexure - 1).

As per the prosecution case, 240 kg. of Ganja has been recovered from the possession of FIR named accused persons including this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that uptillnow, out of five prosecution witnesses, three witnesses have been examined and petitioner is languishing in jail since 26.05.2019.
