Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case no. 226/2011 registered under sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420/34 of the IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he interpolated in government record but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was Revenue Karamchari of Halka nos. 6 and 9 and place of occurrence relates to Halka no. 2 and moreover, other accused persons have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 07.08.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 27832/2012.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.285 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case no. 226/2011 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
