ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the Bihar State Food Corporation as well as the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.157 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits out of Rs.3,26,627.61 alleged to have been misappropriated, the petitioner has already deposited Rs.1,25,000/- before the State Food Corporation.

Considering the aforementioned submissions, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31698 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.157 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
