Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 2 of 2017/ C.I.S. No. 02 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections- 8/17(a) and 18(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to rivalry during last Panchayat election. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Recovery whatsoever is there is in small quantity. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.03.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on
