JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act. A loaded country-made pistol was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2016 and has got criminal antecedents.
Considering the entire facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail after six months from today if the trial is not concluded on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial

Case No.219 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
