17-06-2015 Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2130(C) of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners and complainant are own gotiya and it has been alleged that petitioners have sold land beyond their share. He submits that in a civil dispute, colour of criminal offence has been given. I have perused the materials on record.

Ist Class, Begusarai/concerned court in connection with Complaint Case No. 2130 "C" of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
