2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rampur Hari P.S. Case No. 212 of 2024 Sr. Tr. No.310 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109 and 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the deceased with iron pipe, the deceased died after four days of occurrence. From the postmortem report, it appears that the deceased has sustained only abrasion and bruise.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that it is not a case of murder, which is apparent

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Rampur Hari P.S. Case No. 212 of 2024.
