Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some other co-accused have been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 10.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44269 of 2016 and vide order dated 05.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44276 of 2016. The allegation against the petitioner is of similar footing.

Hence, agreeing with the view taken by the Coordinate Bench of this Court while granting bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

No.21464 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/successor Court in connection with Begusarai Muffasil Police Station Case No. 377 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
