2. This Court earlier vide order dated 20.06.2025 had called for a report of the concerned Jail Superintendent, District Jail, Katihar regarding factum of death of the appellant. Accordingly, the Jail Superintendent, District Jail, Purnea vide his communication dated 13.07.2025 has informed this Court that appellant, MD. JARAR @ JARAR Son of Shamser Alam, resident of Village- Haripur, P.S.- Baisi, District- Purnia has died on 26.05.2025 at Government Medical College Hospital, Purnea

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.549 of 2021(7) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 while undergoing treatment.
