2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 546 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 191(2), 190, 238, 352 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41298 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- 1, Sherghati, Gaya/ concerned Court in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 546 of 2024.
