2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goraul (Katahara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 275 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner along with other co-accused persons is said to have looted Rs.80,000/- from the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 08.04.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 48825 of 2021 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after undergoing six months in custody.

Case No.167 of 2020 on 07.10.2020 and since then he is in custody in connection with the present case. Similarly situated co-accused Chandan Kumar has also been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 29.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39784 of 2021.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the bail prayer.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the custody period of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (Katahara O.P.)
