The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 83 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case has been registered under Section 399 of the IPC against the petitioner, the petitioner was not present at the spot and not being arrested and the case cannot be made out against him. I have considered the submissions that the name of the petitioner has come on the statement of co-accused persons, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner and in the event of arrest he shall be released
