The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No.76 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and the allegation under sections 304(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code are not made out against him.

Taking into consideration, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of
