2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 619 of 2022 registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
3. Petitioner No. 1 is the mother-in-law and the petitioner No. 2 is the brother-in-law (Dewar) of the deceased.
4. The allegation is of killing the deceased.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the occurrence took place during cooking and a false and concocted story has been narrated in the F.I.R. The pe-

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case also the period of custody, this application for bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Shahpur P.S.
