This is the 3rd attempt for grant of anticipatory bail by the petitioners in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that earlier two applications were rejected when the informant failed to appear before the Medical Board and now the Medical Board has examined the injuries of the informant and the same have been found superficial simple in nature. This Court is not inclined to interfere.

No.48804 of 2014 (02) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Goraul (Katahara) P.S. Case No. 258 of 2012 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
