Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 3 of the R.P.(U.P) Act.

Neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession.

It appears that name of the petitioner was disclosed by those accused persons who were caught on the spot and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him.
