Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was handed over the work of completion of the school building after transfer of earlier Incharge Head Mistress Smt. Manju Kumari who had completed the part work.

Submission of the petitioner is that due to village politics, the petitioner could not complete the work and the petitioner is ready to refund the said amount in two installments. First installment shall be deposited in the same account from which the money was withdrawn before filing of the bail bond and

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/successor Court in connection with Mansi Police Station Case No. 253 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that in case of default in the aforesaid undertaking, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
