The petitioners seek bail in Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 07 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 328 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Ranjan Kumar in the year 2008 and she gave birth to two female children. Thereafter, her husband along with other family members started to torture her due to demand of dowry. The informant got informant that his daughter is ill and he went there to see his daughter and found that his two grand children are crying. Villagers told him that his daughter has been killed by administering poison. The informant went to Masaurhi to see the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21844 of 2017 (2) dt.12-05-2017 2/2 dead body of his daughter, the accused persons fled away leaving the dead body of his daughter.
Leanred counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. The marriage was solemnized in the year 2008. The petitioners have got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Petitioners are in jail since 20.03.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid and petitioners are father-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 07 of 2017.
