After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application with a liberty to file an appeal under Section 32(3) of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trust Act, 1950 before the learned District Judge, West Champaran.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
