2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 721 of 2022 registered under section 399, 402 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is said to have committed dacoity and has four criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2022.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner is granted bail.

7. The District Judge, Patna is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases herein below as early as possible.

1. Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.- 599 of 2022.

2. Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.- 605 of 2022.

3. Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.- 606 of 2022.

4. Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.- 1242 of 2022.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, XI, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 721 of 2022, subject to the condition that:- (i) One of the bailors shall be the mother of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner will visit Gardanibagh police station on the each Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at both the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
