Petitioner is accused in connection with Rajapakar Police Station Case No 61 of 2015 dated 04.05.2015 registered under Sections 420, 406, 120B of Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that earlier the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected vide Annexure 1 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges. It is further submitted that charges in this case have already been framed on 02.03.2017 vide Annexure 3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two
