JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 20-08-2015 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 18.07.2014 passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014 whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 371, 372, 373 and 419 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 6/8 of the Prostitution Act and 3/4/5/7/8 of Immoral Traffic Act.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
