2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 393 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 19.04.2023.

4. The petitioners and others are suspected to have killed the deceased. There is no evidence against them accept for suspension and they are in custody since 19.04.2023.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48042 of 2023(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 393 of 2022.
