JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 302/328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the wife of the deceased. The allegation against the petitioner is that she was instrumental in killing her husband by administering poison. It is alleged that petitioner has illicit relation with Dr. Arun Kumar Sharma and that is why Anil Sharma, the deceased, was administered poison. The petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a widow of the deceased and out of the wedlock there are three children and

Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 2nd, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019.
