Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in counter affidavit, a statement has been made that all the retiral dues as claimed for in the writ petition has been paid to the petitioner, however, the petitioner has not been paid due interest on account of delay in making of that payment.

3. Considering the fact that the direction of this Court has been complied, the present contempt proceeding is consigned to record.
