2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 303(2), 127(1), 115(2) and 109 of B.N.S.
3. Allegation against the petitioners and other coaccused persons is that while the informant was returning to his village, then four accused persons along with some other unknown persons came with armed weapons and stopped

It is also alleged that petitioner no. 2, namely, Raja Babu hit the informant on his head with the butt of his rifle, as a result of which, he fell down and petitioner no.1, namely Sachin Kumar is alleged to have stolen the golden chain of the informant amounting to Rs. 80,000/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Rahul Kumar @ Gautam Kumar and Pravin Kumar have also granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35071 of 2025 vide order dated 03.06.2025. He further submits that out of four injuries sustained by the informant, two are of simple in nature and other have been kept as reserved. He further submits that petitioner no.2 has got no criminal antecedent while petitioner no.1 has got one criminal antecedent but fairly submits that he is on bail as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

No.39873 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 3/3 circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioners as well as the fact that similarly situated coaccused persons, namely, Rahul Kumar @ Gautam Kumar and Pravin Kumar have also granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35071 of 2025 vide order dated 03.06.2025, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohatas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S Case No. 46 of 2025 subject to the condition laid down under Section 482(2) of B.N.S.S.
