Petitioner is accused in connection with Kazimohammadpur P.S. Case No. 158 of 2016, registered under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and 57 of the Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Criminal Misc. No. 49766 of 2016 on 10.01.2017. It is submitted that charge has been framed in this case and the petitioner is in custody since 09.5.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23079 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 the case, let the petitioner Ritesh Kumar be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 08th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kazimohammadpur P.S.
