This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Tarari P.S. Case No. 132 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is 72 years old man and the recovery is from the bamboo orchard of co-accused Birendra Singh. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7781 of 2021(2) dt.26-11-2021 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.
