JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 5 liters country made liquor and other apparatus, which are used in manufacturing the country made liquor, are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and for the aforesaid recovery, petitioner as well as his father were made accused in this case. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 16.08.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.Case No. 332 of 2016.
