JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

According to F.I.R. some unknown person committed murder of the brother of the informant. The petitioner has been remanded in this case only on suspicion as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
