2 The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Deep Nagar PS Case No 518 of 2022 dated 09.11.2022 initially registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 302 of the IPC but later on added with Sections 201, 120B/34 of the IPC.

3 As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the other co-accused persons are alleged to have beaten the informant's son to death and his dead body was thrown in the Gali when he had come out of his house to natural call. 4 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41164 of 2023(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 case. The petitioner bears clean antecedent, as stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that coaccused Akash Kumar and Shrikant Kumar @ Ravikant Kumar have already been released on bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr Misc No 36777 of 2023 vide order dated 03.07.2023. The petitioner is in custody in this case since 15.11.2022.

5 Learned APP has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Deep Nagar PS Case No 518 of 2022 dated 09.11.2022.

7 This application stands allowed.
