JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Two country made pistols are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 09.04.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47268 of 2016 (3) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 39 of 2016.
