The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 93 of 2013 registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

One Chhotu Kumar died in motor accident. The villagers assembled on the road and blocked the road. The informant alleged that the police tried to remove the blockade, but the accused persons pelted stones.

Leanred counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is, of course, named in the F.I.R., but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 28.03.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22253 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 petitioner has remained in jail for more than 11⁄2 months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 93 of 2013.
