JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 199 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Section-436 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the occurrence is said to have taken place on 29-04-2013 whereas; complaint petition has been filed after much delay on 09-05-2013.

As per complaint petition, this petitioner with other accused set the residential FUS house of the informant on fire. One of the co-accused with similar allegation has been granted bail by learned court below itself. The petitioner is in custody since 27-03-2017.

In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is

No.21623 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 199 of 2013 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
