2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Session Case No. 1296 of 2022 arising out of ghoshwari P.S. Case No. 47 of 2022 registered under section 302/34 of Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is on the verge of completion.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
