2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 147 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 365, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, lodged on 26.02.2024 by the informant, Guriya Devi.

3. Pursuant to the last order, couple is present alongwith the child.

4. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that her daughter has been taken up by the petitioner and as she could not search her out, the F.I.R.

5. As stated above, the couple is present, the victim girl submits that she went on her own, the child in her lap belongs to them, it has been informed that she is happily married to him, in that background, this Court is inclined to extend him the privilege of bail.

6. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38361 of 2025(3) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Barh, in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 147 of 2024 subject to the following conditions: (i) one of the bailor should be the family member/relative of the petitioner who shall provide official document to show his/her bona fide;

(ii) the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his bail bond by the Trial Court itself;

(iii) the petitioner shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;

(iv) the petitioner shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U T
