JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 392 and 395 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant case was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner figured on the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 26.2.2018 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade till date.

Learned counsel for the State submits that in the instant case a Mobile was recovered from the petitioner which indicates that from the whats-app of the said mobile the photograph of the vehicle, which was snatched was sent to two

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.2.2018 but he has not been put on TIP till date, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-1st, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Sonepur P.S.
