2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking following reliefs:- i. For directing the Respondents authority to take proper steps by initiating a proceeding/inquiry as provided under Section 18(5) of Bihar Panchayat Raj, Act 2006 against the Mukhiya the Naranwa Gram Panchayat Raj for which complaint petition has been filed by the petitioner by getting detail about

Patna High Court CWJC No.9087 of 2023(2) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 misappropriation of fund in the name of construction of Road. ii. For directing the Respondents authority to decide the complaint filed by the petitioner on 08.05.2023 raising objection about the violation of guidelines of Panchayati Raj Department by the Respondent No.07.

iii. For grant of any other relief/reliefs in view of the fact and circumstances of the present case.

3. Considering the nature of reliefs as sought for in the present writ petition, I am of the opinion that petitioner may file a detail representation before the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.

4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
