JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 134 of 2018 lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he entrusted the complainant to deposit money in the Humra India and Vishwamitra International Company Ltd. with assurance that he will give maturity amount with profits and as such the complainant and other members have paid the amount and thereafter on maturity when they went to claim the amount the petitioner and others fled away after closing the office. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is

In view allegation, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He may surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
