JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and one Mithun Kumar Paswan were caught while they were carrying Indian made foreign liquor in a vehicle. The aforesaid co-accused Mithun Kumar Paswan has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court and having more or less similar allegation, some other co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Purnea in connection with Baisi P.S.Case No. 90 of 2016.
