Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 337 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections- 399, 402, 212 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25 (1-b)a, 26(ii), 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the alleged motor cycle and he was only sitting on the motorcycle. Similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 21.04.2017 and 10.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 15752 of 2017 and 20070 of 2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.21605 of 2017 (2) dt.16-05-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut P.S.
