ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in Lakhisarai (Kabaiya O.P.) P.S. case No.305 of 2012 (S.T. No.756 of 2013) instituted for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge 2nd, Lakhisarai.
Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. For which reason, he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witness for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Lakhisarai, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
